Company Profile
Meridian Appraisal Services (MAS) provides a full range of Real Estate Appraisal products including appraisals of Residential, Farm, Vacant and small Commercial properties. MAS began business in August of 1998, offering our services to banks, Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys, Real Estate Salespersons and private individuals. Since opening, we have completed over 3000 appraisals of real estate.
Our philosophy regarding the operation of Meridian Appraisal Services can be synopsized into a simple phrase adopted as the company motto: “Real Values for Real Estate.” We believe in providing high quality opinions value, supported by thorough research of market activity, trends and influences. We carry professional Errors and Omissions Insurance and can easily provide verification of coverage.

Meridian Appraisal Services offers a full range of real estate appraisal products within our home coverage area of Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties. We are also pleased to announce an expanded coverage area, which includes most of the lower peninsula of Michigan. As members of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors, we have desktop access to comparable data for our home coverage area. In addition, we are a member of the West Central Association of Realtors.
